What You Get

- Community Feed: Share, connect, but keep it respectful.
Pay-What-You-Want
- You decide what you pay via Venmo, CashApp, or Stripe.
- We offer free preview lessons so you can see what you're getting before you pay.
- No subscriptions, ever.
Content & Ownership
- All course materials, audio, images, and AI content belong to me.
- You get a personal license to use it. Share? Not allowed.
User Content & Conduct
- Your journal entries are yours and private.
- Community posts and "book-me" submissions may be moderated or removed if needed.
- Be kind. Be real. No spamming or scraping.
AI Coach Disclaimer
- Mick's cool, but not a therapist or doctor.
- Use your judgment. Mick's advice might be wrong or even harmful.
- In crisis? Call 988 for help.
Refunds
- Pay-what-you-want means we can't do refunds.
- Not happy? Email me at mickey@kickasslifecoach.com. Let's make it right if we can.
Termination
- Abusing our system means we may suspend your account.
- No sharing your access or we'll have to shut it down.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is capped at the amount you paid (often $0).
- We aren’t responsible for indirect damages.

- These terms are governed by Tennessee law, USA.
