I’VE BEEN THERE.
I BUILT A WAY OUT.
Author. Mindset coach. Speaker. Dad. Permanently in pursuit of helping people get their headspace back.

Four published books including HEADSPACE — the foundation of this course library.
Speaking engagements, retreats, and live sessions across the country — raw, real, no fake-guru energy.
Built and sold multiple businesses. Took the lessons. Left the burnout.
The work I love most — sitting across from someone and helping them rewrite the story they tell themselves.
The road that built the work.
At a year and a half old, a steel garden rake went through my skull. Doctors told my parents I might never speak normally. I learned early that life doesn’t hand you easy days — it hands you the choice of what to do with them.
At thirteen, I lost my older brother Tony to suicide. That changed the shape of who I would become. In my forties, anxiety found me in ways I never expected. I’ve battled overthinking, doubt, and the voice in my head that tries to write a story about my life that isn’t true.
I turned the pain into purpose. I’ve authored four books to date, spoken on stages all across the country, built and sold multiple businesses, and walked through enough hard chapters to know — this work, this mindset, this fight — it’s worth it. Not perfect. Not fearless. Useful.
But the truth is: every business, every book, every keynote — they’re all in service of the one thing I’d do for free for the rest of my life. Helping people try to be the best version of themselves. That’s the assignment.
Live Life. Do Good. Be Happy. If I could choose one thing to do every day until my last breath, it would be to inspire and motivate people to live by those six words. Life is too short to do anything less.
