- Game Stats & XP: Helps us enhance your learning experience.
- Optional Contact Forms: Leave your details; we’ll get back to you.
- Basic Analytics: Like visits and device types, to improve the site.
How We Use It
We use your data to:
- Provide a seamless course experience.
- Improve our content and layout.
- Keep improving and personalizing your learning journey.
- Stay connected about updates and marketing (you can opt out anytime!).
Third Parties
We team up with:
- OpenAI / GPT-4o: Powers up our AI Coach and content creation. (Their privacy policy applies.)
- MongoDB Atlas: Safely stores your data.
- Emergent: For hosting and storing big items.
- Payment Links (Venmo/CashApp/Stripe): We don’t store or handle your card data. They have their own privacy terms.
Cookies & Tracking
We use a simple, functional cookie for authentication. No third-party trackers here. We value your privacy too much for that.
Your Rights
You have rights! You can access, correct, delete, or export your data by emailing me at mickey@kickasslifecoach.com. We gladly honor CCPA and GDPR-style requests. Your data, your control.
Children's Privacy
Kickass Course is not meant for kids under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child has shared data with us, email me. We'll sort it out.
